NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATIONS

  • Review of assessment forms

  • Educate, set goals and receive protocol for; dietary, lifestyle and supplementation

    • $110 + tax​

    • follow up- $45 + tax

 

MEAL PLAN

  • All meal plans will be tailored to your specific need.

  • Each meal plan will include: 

  • 7 day meal plan with breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks

    • Recipes and a grocery list

    • Foods to avoid and foods to increase​

    • ​​One week plan $60 CAD + tax

    • Three week plan $140 CAD + tax

BI-WEEKLY WORKOUT CHECK UPS

  • Send your workout summary/log every 2 weeks. Jenna will review the workouts to see if you are on the right path for your specific development.

  • She will help you track your progression and see if you are increasing your weight as needed.

    • $30 CAD + tax

PERSONALIZED WORKOUTS           

  • Tailored workouts to your specific needs. 

  • Improves speed, power, strength, mobility, hockey specific conditioning, resilience

  • Monitored weekly workout log and make any adjustment as we go. These workouts will be in phases and change every 4 weeks. 

  • For anyone with a gym or without any equipment 

  • Communicate directly with Jenna

  • Access to exercise videos​

    • $100 CAD + tax/ month  

                                                 

ZOOM WORKOUT/CLASSES

  • This is a virtual workout. If you have a hard time pushing yourself or not sure you form is good, this is the option for you. You will sign into zoom with Jenna and she will monitor and make corrections to your workout as you go.

  • You will have personalized workouts that change every 4 weeks.

  •  Improves speed, power, strength, mobility, hockey specific conditioning, resilience

  •  3-4 per week

  • For anyone with a gym or without any equipment 

  • Communicate directly with Jenna

    • 3x a week-$180 CAD+tax/ month ​                                       

    • 4x a week-$240 CAD+tax/ month
